Racer Trash - The Future of Editing
RACER TRASH is a radical editing collective creating the next level of entertainment. What started as a joke in the group chat during quarantine has blossomed into a completely new way to watch movies, every month live on Twitch.
We take a movie and divide it up into segments between 20 or so editors. Each editor then reedits, remixes, and recontextualizes their seg into something new and hypercyberdelic (I just made that word up). We screen these exquisite corpses (movies) on twitch for a growing fanbase and it recreates that warm fuzzy feeling of watching a movie with your friends while yelling and laughing at the screen.
